Fahim Farook

Fahim Farook has been working as a developer for 18 years. He's programmed in many languages (XBase, Perl, Delphi, Java, PHP, Ruby, C/C++, and C#) for many platforms (Linux, Unix, Windows, and Apple Mac O/S). Fahim is experienced at creating a wide range of applications and solutions depending upon client requirements.

Laurie Ashton

Laurie worked as an accountant for nearly two decades, the last nine years self-employed. She worked for very small business to large corporations in a variety of diverse industries, including hospitality and restaurants; construction and painting companies; programmers, web designers, and database managers; tow truck drivers; and a whole lot more.

Laurie was also heavily involved in providing computer training, teaching everything from basic computer skills to family history to accounting software.

Her attention to detail, which made her so successful as an accountant, translated into success with freelance writing and editing. She's worked as an assistant editor for a Sri Lankan magazine and has had over 80 articles published in national magazines. She's also worked as a freelance writer, writing everything from computer user manuals, proposals, human resources manuals, job training manuals, marketing materials, and more.

When she's not working on freelance writing and editing, she maintains two blogs, snaps a lot of photos, moderates a large writer's forum (over 20,000 users), and writes science fiction and fantasy.
