Mobile augmented reality, or AR, is a new way of displaying information in the mobile device, at the user’s location, over the live camera view of the mobile device. Essentially, by placing placing data over real life, we 'augment' reality in ways that hopefully make your life richer.

In Tagwhat, we interact with maps to place text, urls, photos, or videos anywhere on the globe.  By following others in Tagwhat, users are able to merge the AR worlds of others' with their own to form a completely unique social experience.

(Bahrain)

Mideast Tunesfindaband

Mideast Tunes is a platform for emerging underground musicians in the Middle East & North Africa to encourage, inspire and expose talented young artists across the region.

CNN says this about Mideast Tunes: "The site, which will be rolled out later this month, is a platform for the region’s alternative musicians, from hip hop and trance artists to metal and alt-rock groups. These groups are expressing themselves in a way, sometimes personal, sometimes religious, that has not been explored properly."

BogenBlog1-1-bow-type

(Germany)

SpineCalc

SpineCalc is a useful tool, especially for traditional archers.

In archery, wooden arrows are still very common, even required, for some types of bows by the various archery associations worldwide. Wooden arrows can be relatively hard or soft, and that hardness or softness is called the spine value. Matching the arrow's spine value to the type of bow you use is necessary for you to have arrows that fly straight and accurate.

SpineCalc helps you to calculate the right value for you. SpineCalc has proven its value already in its HTML-version on www.bogenblog.de and is now also available for the iPhone platform and is available for download from the Apple iTunes app store.

SpineCalc has an interface which is completely customized. All user-inteface elements were created using custom graphics created by a graphic artist and most iPhone component functionality was replicated via the custom graphics.

More information about SpineCalc is available here.
